John Clasen is a 26 year resident of North County San Diego, and currently resides in Vista with his daughter, who attends Tri-City Christian School. His history with Jeff goes way back to 2001. Since that time, they have closed around 1,500 transactions together with Tim working in a supporting administrative role. His area of expertise pertaining to real estate is in the field of contracts and legal work. While he is not an attorney, he enjoys training agents in how to handle contracts and working with them to help buyers and sellers troubleshoot difficulties if they arise. Tim is both a teacher and educator when it comes to helping the Underdahl team achieve success with their transactions and real estate careers.
FAVORITE PART OF THE JOB: My favorite part of my job is helping our agents and clients achieve their goals. I enjoy working with people and love each and every one that I work with. INTERESTING FACT: When I’m not working I’m usually working on a Bible Study or other research project for a paper or article I’m writing. I teach at Calvary Chapel Bible College, so that keeps my pretty busy. While others play golf in their off hours, I study the Bible.

Christian Turner was born and raised in Carlsbad, CA. His intrigue in architecture and interior design in his early twenties, coupled with his love of people, led him to the world of Real Estate. In 2015, he met Jeff and Lisa Underdahl, and joined the team. Christian considers the opportunity to work and learn alongside the Underdahl team to be one of the biggest blessings of his life. Born and raised in Fallbrook, CA, Tony Derrigo was raised to love Real Estate from a young age by working alongside his dad, who sold Commercial Real Estate. When the market took a left turn back in 2008, Jeff Underdahl and his team sold Tony’s parents’ house when no one else could. When Derrigo saw Jeff’s systems for success and the respectable way he went about business, he knew that he wanted to be a part of the team.
